Rüdesheim Christmas Market


A couple of days ago, we visited the Christmas Market in Rüdesheim, our first big outing as a family of four. It was a cold, gloomy day, but we still had a lot of fun - Rüdesheim is very beautiful:






Interesting, though kind of creepy was our visit to the Torture Museum. The use of bloody display dummies made the experience way to real for my taste ...



After the museum, we headed to the railway. Santa was there, too 😉




The railway took us to the huge Niederwalddenkmal monument, which was constructed to commemorate the founding of the German Empire in 1871.



After our round trip and some hot soup, we headed home, happy and completely exhausted ...
